Thanks for the really nice stay for 4 nights. The staff are super friendly, managed the parking nearby. Normal double and impeccably clean rooms complete with AC and tea plus an extra bed. The location is absolutely perfect, at a short distance from Medina of Marrakesh. And it's nestled in a very convenient building right by main attractions as well as the market and square and the school.

It was a perfect place, had best staff in every request or query we had. Its tranquil, very central location was a plus. There were restaurants and amazing restaurants nearby.

The employees were extremely helpful and kept it all fairly clean. The location was ideal, relatively near Museum of Marrakesh. Moreover, it was really close to the main attractions, and an airport transfer at 4:00 am in the morning.

Our stay at Riad Rafaele & Spa was truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the staff, in particular Marwan, went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. The riad itself was a peaceful oasis, with a beautiful patio and pool surrounded by orange trees and the sound of birds singing. The comfortable bed and luxurious linen made for a restful night's sleep, and the dark and quiet room allowed us to recharge after a day of exploration. We also enjoyed having breakfast on the roof terrace, with its stunning views.
